Privacy Policy

This app is an interval timer. It has no account to sign up for, no profile, and nothing to share. The little data it does handle is described below in full.
What the app stores on your device
Your workout settings — the ready, work and rest durations and the number of sets — are kept on your device and never leave it.
What leaves your device

The anonymous ID
The app signs you in anonymously. That produces a random identifier and nothing else — no name, no email address, no phone number, no password. Your workout history is stored against that identifier, so the identifier is what makes the history yours.
What is not collected
- No location. The app does not ask for it and cannot read it.
- No contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or health data.
- No name, email address or phone number.
- No tracking across other companies' apps or websites. The app does not ask for permission to track, and without that permission iOS does not allow it.
Advertising
The app shows a single banner advertisement, served by Google AdMob. AdMob receives device and usage data in order to serve it. In regions that require consent, you are asked before any personalised advertising is used, and you can decline.
Sharing
Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone beyond the Google services listed above, which process it under Google's privacy policy.
Keeping and deleting
Workout history is kept while you use the app. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device, and the anonymous identifier along with it — which leaves the history unreachable. To have the stored history deleted outright, get in touch and say so.
Children
The app is rated 4+ and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect information from them. There is no content, no messaging, and nothing a child could post or receive.

Any change to this policy will be posted on this page, with the date above updated.

端末内に保存されるもの
準備・運動・休憩の秒数とセット数の設定は端末内に保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。

匿名IDについて
このアプリは匿名でサインインします。生成されるのはランダムな識別子のみで、氏名・メールアドレス・ 電話番号・パスワードは一切扱いません。ワークアウト履歴はこの識別子に紐づけて保存されます。
収集していないもの
- 位置情報。要求しておらず、取得できません。
- 連絡先、写真、マイク、カメラ、ヘルスケアデータ。
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号。
- 他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたぐトラッキング。トラッキングの許可を求めておらず、 許可なしに iOS がそれを認めることはありません。
広告について
Google AdMob によるバナー広告を1つ表示します。表示のために AdMob が端末情報と利用状況を 受け取ります。同意が必要な地域では、パーソナライズ広告の利用前に確認が表示され、拒否できます。
第三者提供
販売は一切行いません。上記の Google の各サービス以外への提供もありません。これらは Google のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて処理されます。
保持と削除
ワークアウト履歴はアプリの利用中は保持されます。アプリを削除すると端末内のデータは全て消え、 匿名の識別子も失われるため、履歴に到達する手段がなくなります。保存済みの履歴そのものの削除を 希望される場合は、ご連絡ください。
お子様について
本アプリの年齢制限指定は 4+ で、13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満の方から 意図的に情報を収集することはありません。投稿できるコンテンツもメッセージ機能もありません。
